By Howard P. Boyd
A Pine Barrens Odyssey is a detailed perspective of the seasons in the Pine Barrens of New Jersey. Primarily focused on the chronology of the natural features of the Pine Barrens, this book is meant as a companion to Howard P. Boyd’s previous title, A Field Guide to the Pine Barrens of New Jersey.
Boyd’s Odyssey and Field Guide books are a complete collection for anyone interested in the Pine Barrens of New Jersey. The Field Guide can be used as a reference tool for the types of flora and fauna, and the Odyssey as a calendar of what to expect and look for season by season in this beautiful natural area of New Jersey.
